Matthew Aarsvold
Founder/CEO

Matthew is an internationally recognized J.D. Edwards and business process-reengineering expert with over 20 years of consulting experience around the globe. Prior to founding FusionBridge, Matthew was the founder of Global Business Solutions, an international ERP implementation services organization that was acquired by SolutionBank, Inc. in June, 1999.

Throughout his career, Matthew has been brought in as the "expert's expert" on challenging application, technical, and business process decisions regarding the implementation of ERP and B2B solutions, and has been personally responsible for over 100 successful customer implementations worldwide. A J.D. Edwards expert, Matthew has thorough knowledge of distribution, human resources, energy/chemical, real estate, and financial applications, functional design and implementation, and is highly skilled on a wide variety of hardware, software, operating systems, and database platforms.

Mark Kenneth
COO/Executive Vice President, Delivery

Mark brings to FusionBridge over 15 years of Management Consultancy experience, spanning 12 countries. He brings a breadth of skills to the company including Organizational Change, Process Re-engineering, PMO, IT and Business Strategy,System Selection and Implementation. He has led practices and projects across Europe, Scandanavia, Middle and Far East and the USA. Mark brings his exceptional organizational and delivery skills to all of our customers.

With his extensive experience, Mark personally supports FusionBridge's clients with strategic planning, system assessments, organizational change, business process engineering, package selection and implementation, and other information technology-related projects.

Skip Barchan
Vice President, Marketing

Skip has over 20 years of strategic marketing, brand strategy, and demand creation experience at leading corporations, marketing agencies, and as a marketing consultant to technology-based companies. A specialist in marketing technology-based products to B2B, B2C, and technical audiences, Skip's experience spans a wide variety of industries, products, and distribution channels, working for or with companies such as IBM, Canon, Apple, Microsoft, and Toshiba. He has participated in a number of major technology product marketing launches, and has developed and implemented comprehensive positioning, brand strategy, and demand creation programs for companies such as Canon Computer Systems, Epoch Internet (the nation's largest privately held ISP), and, most recently, mVentive Corporation, a wireless consulting and services start-up.
